Preparing an invoice in Chinese Language

MoneyWorks version 7 supports Unicode. It allows user to record information and prepare invoices/reports in almost any language, includes Chinese. (Visit Cognito website to have more information on Unicode support).
Your computer needs to add Chinese language, able to read and type. Consult your I.T. if you have difficulty in adding additional languages. When preparing the invoice in MoneyWorks, switch the input method to Chinese. In the above example, am using “Pinyin - Simplified”, enter the pinyin and pick up the Chinese characters from the selection bar.
