MoneyWorks allows you to digitally attach the related document to a transaction. Instead of searching the files physically for the document; simply use the Display Image function to view the document electronically on the screen.
You may attach a scanned copy of the supplier’s bill to the purchase invoice, or a scanned copy of the cheque issued to the supplier in the Payment transaction. Click the image icon in the transaction and follow by “import image” to attach an image file or a PDF document.
This feature is useful, especially when you need a document urgently and your colleague, who is in charge of filing, is not available.
